What is CFM?
CFM stands for Cubic Feet per Minute.

If an exhaust vent is rated at 50 CFM, that means that vent will intake 50 cubic feet of air per minute.

For Example: a 50 CFM Rated vent will intake all air in a 50 square foot room (5 ft wide x 10 ft long x 8 ft standard ceiling height) in 8 minutes.

5 X 10 X 8 = 400 cubic feet
400 cubic feet / 50 CFM =
8 minutes

The same vent will intake all air in a 100 square foot room (10 ft wide x 10 ft long x 8 ft standard ceiling height) in 16 minutes.

10 X 10 X 8 = 800 cubic feet
800 cubic feet / 50 CFM =
16 minutes

Great for ANY ROOM in your Home!

A Recessed Light and a Ventilation Fan ALL IN ONE!

Perfect for when you want a Ventilation Fan without the look of one!

Recessed lights are popular lighting solutions. But CCL took it a step further by incorporating powerful ventilation in the same design. Our new fan lights disappear into the ceiling with other recessed lights, so they are practical decorating solutions for any room in the house. In the bath they control humidity, and in a utility room, kitchen or high-traffic family room they keep the air fresh and comfortable, yet will disappear with your other recessed lights.

Planning to put in new recessed lighting? This is the perfect time while you are putting in the traditional recessed lights whether it is a new project or a remodel, this is your opportunity to add one of these in any room

Even if you weren't planning on putting recessed lighting in at this time and were just thinking of using an exhaust fan, this combination unit will look better!

Imagine your family room with 6 recessed lights but 1 of them is both a light and at the same time is ventilating your family room but without anyone noticing. However, you will notice a family room with cleaner air! Now imagine one of these in your closet, which usually has no window or ventilation system. Or how about in your dining room, or in your garage, or even your kitchen!
