The following assembly instructions are designed to show you how this fixture will come delivered to you and how little assembly time will be involved. It will not provide you with instructions on how to mount the fixture in the ceiling, nor will it provide you with instructions on wiring to a power source. We recommend that you consult a licensed electrical contractor.

ASSEMBLY INFORMATION:

Step 1: We've done the hard part for you, as you can see in picture A below. The glass will be assembled to the cord and pre-wired socket.

Step 2: Open the bag containing the Canopy and mounting hardware (included at no charge) See picture B below.

Step 3: Grab the round plastic Grommet with the FEMALE threads and insert your Cord thru the Grommet as shown in picture C below.

Step 4: Now fish the Cord with the Grommet still on it thru the center hole of the canopy so your cord will come out the opposite side of the canopy (see picture D below).

Step 5: Now go to the opposite side of the canopy where your Cord is now fished thru, and insert the round plastic Grommet with the MALE threads thru the cord as shown in picture E below. Now slide the MALE Grommet down the cord until it meets the the center hole of the canopy where it will meet the FEMALE Grommet. Once it meets the FEMALE Grommet, simply screw it into FEMALE Grommet until tight. (see picture F below).

Step 6: Now hold the Cord as shown in picture G below and fish the cable thru the canopy to your desired length. Once you determine the length of the cable you want, simply tie a tight secure knot making sure to leave sufficient slack at the top of the knot as shown in picture H below to connect to your power source.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Make sure your knot is very tight and secure, as this is the only thing supporting your cord and glass to the canopy. the Grommet is for cosmetic purposes only, and does nothing for support.
