	This CH5ICTA 6" Housing is California Title 24 Compliant and will also meet your state's local Air Tight requirements when used with either an Air-Tight Trim or a Non-Air-Tight Trim. Also, to comply with California Title 24 or your states local Air Tight requirements, you must use this housing with a California Title 24 Compliant or your state's compliant Vacancy Sensor or a dimmer.
