This CH5RT 6" Shallow Housing is Title 24 Compliant ONLY When used with an Air-Tight Trim* and in areas that do NOT require direct contact with insulation. Also, to comply with Title 24, you must use this housing with a Title 24 Compliant Vacancy Sensor or a dimmer. (Dimmers do not have to be Title 24 compliant) If your project has insulation, go back to our Recessed Index and look for housings with the letters "IC". *Please Note: The C23ATW and C3ATW will not work with shallow housings as they are intended for standard housings only.
