| This 6 inch recessed housing is versatile, reliable and easy to install. This recessed can is the best choice for residential and commercial applications. It has an Integral thermal protector guards against misuse of insulation materials and improper lamping. This down light also has an adjustable socket bracket allows the use of different lamp types and sizes as well as proper and consistent lamp positioning. On this recessed lighting housing, the junction box is listed for through branch circuit wiring and has (six) 12" knockouts with true pry-out slots. Captive bar hangers span 24" joists and can be repositioned 90°. This recessed lighting can has a 7 1/2" height which allows for use in 2 x 8 construction. This recessed down light housing adjusts 1 3/8" to accomodate various ceiling thickness. |
