This smart dimmer remote controls both incandescent and magnetic low voltage lighting. This dimmer remote has an Amber LED to verify power and a green LED bank indicates relative level of illumination - even in full daylight. The illumination level may be adjusted with switch in on or off position. This remote dimmer is ideal for nurseries, meeting rooms or anywhere presetting lighting levels are desired. To use this lighting dimmer remote, you must also use a master dimmer, and then you can install as many as 5 remotes to that master dimmer switch for multiple location installations. When the lights are on, pressing the dimmer switch for two-seconds initiates a delayed 10-second fade out and when the lights are off, pressing the dimmer switch for two-seconds overrides the preset for a quick fade up to full brightness All lighting dimmers are provided with extra large mounting straps, mounting screws, wire connectors and a matching wallplate. Color change kits are also available for this light dimmer switch and install easily and minimize stocking expenses. This remote dimmer includes a 2 Year Warranty from Cooper Wiring Devices.
