We guarantee the transformer and body for the posted warranty period. Stainless steel units are guaranteed for life not to rust or corrode on the body only. Aluminum units come with a 1 year guarantee not to rust. Stainless Steel USA Made Multi-Tap Transformers and CCL Brand Multi-Tap Transformers are guaranteed for 10 years on internal components. All other Transformers come with only a 1 year guarantee on internal components. Clocks, Timers, and Photocells are only covered for 1 year on all types of transformers. Under the warranty periods noted above, the following terms apply:

Customer must pay for all shipping expenses. This meaning shipping the transformer back to us should it need replacement, repair or if it was damaged in shipping. Customer must pay the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced unit back to the customer's location. We apologize that we cannot cover shipping expenses. This is due to the extremely low profit margin and the fact that we don't cushion the price like other companies do to cover unforseeable costs that may be incurred should a transformer be defective. All our other normal and existing terms of sale posted under our terms of sale apply. Not responsible for any labor fees. Not responsible for any use or misuse of above items and any transformers not installed by a licensed electrical contractor. This guarantee is non transferable.
