| TWO-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY In purchasing this solar light from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions: These lights come with a standard two-year limited warranty. The warranty period expires two years from the date of purchase. The warranty covers replacement of all plastic and solar parts found to be faulty when installed and used as directed by our instructions. Damage from misuse, natural events or disasters (such as wind blowing over your sign, flooding, tornados, hurricanes, etc.) is not covered. Damage from mishandling, attempted theft or complete theft is not covered by the warranty. Use of this product is done so at your own risk. Contractors Choice Lighting and Solar Sales, LLC are not responsible for any damage or harm caused by use of this product. RETURNS / EXCHANGE POLICY We do not accept returns of this product.
